Today's session, one tap away.
It's on your watch face. Tap it, ask There, or press the Action button on an Ultra. The phone can stay in your pocket, or at home.
Coming soon Apple Watch
There, when the phone isn't. Your own voice in your AirPods, a tap for every change, and a glance at what's next.
Nothing on the watch is built yet. This is what it will do.
Start
It's on your watch face. Tap it, ask There, or press the Action button on an Ultra. The phone can stay in your pocket, or at home.
In your AirPods
Every session comes from the plan you and future you built around your days: what fits, what you like, what gets in the way. On the watch, that plan is spoken. Cues, counts, side switches and rests, in your own voice, with the next move named before it starts. On walks without the phone, the lines are prepared ahead and carried on the watch.
On your wrist
Start, switch sides, the end of a rest, the last rep. You don't have to look. When you do, the type is big: the move, the timer, what's next. Double tap for next.
When you lift
The watch counts your reps from the motion of your arm. If the count is off, turn the Crown and it's fixed.
A minute for you
Breathwork with a tap on every in and out and the guide big on the screen. Meditation with the screen dark, and one tap when it's over.
Check-ins
Future you's messages arrive with one-tap answers. The morning goal is said in your AirPods and shown on the watch. A question after a visit, answered with a tap or by voice. A tap when a gift or a secret message is waiting.
Mornings
Pick up with a tap and future you is in your ears, wherever the phone is.
Afterwards
Every workout, with heart rate and active calories, lands in Health when you're done. Walks taken with just the watch are saved there and copied back to the phone later.
What's on the watch face, and what a few words can do.
Complications and a Smart Stack card: today's activity, your next session, your goal. Done today shows activities, not calories.
A meal, a snack or water in one tap or a few spoken words, saved in Meals. A one-tap “how's my energy” check, so today's session is set at the right level.
“Up for a 10-minute walk? I'll talk you through it,” with Start right there. The same limits as the phone: at most two a day, none at night, and never a weight or a place name on the screen.
