A letter from your future self
Hear from you, six months from now.
Tell Debut what you want to be able to do, why it matters and how many days a week you can give it. You'll get a short letter from your future self about the plan, and a simple 12-week strength plan to start with.
- Costs nothing, and no app needed
- No health questions, and your answers aren't stored

The starter plan, in short
Strength first, for beginners. The same three sessions the Debut app coaches.
Five moves, each three sets of 40 seconds on and 20 off. Sessions fit your day.
Lower body, upper body and full body, 2 to 4 days a week.
One dumbbell or a backpack to start. Add a little when a set feels steady.
Debut is where future you keeps coaching you.
In the Debut app for iPhone, future you is your AI coach for the plan. Each week it reads back what you kept and what's next, in short check-ins and letters. See how Debut works.

Questions
- Who writes the letter?
- Debut's AI: Claude, made by Anthropic, writes it from your three answers. Each letter is labeled. If the AI isn't available, you get Debut's built-in letter instead, labeled as that.
- What happens to my answers?
- They're sent to Anthropic to write your letter, then discarded. Debut doesn't store them. If you ask for the letter by email, Debut stores your email address, where you came from and your consent, but not the letter.
- Who is future you?
- In the Debut app, future you is your AI coach for the plan. It isn't a person, and it isn't a friend, therapist or clinician.
- Is this medical advice?
- No. The letter and the plan are general fitness information. If you have a health condition, check with a clinician before you start.
